Operation method:

1, regular welding device:

Choose installation to be easy to heat end head, put at the regular support person who weld, install the corresponding heating mould very beginning according to the necessary pipe specification, and it is urgent to sprain with the tool, small general model's head, in the front hole, the big model's head is in the back end hole.

2．Set up an electric circuit and preheated:

Put through the power (notice there must be ground protection lines in the power) ,The green indicator lamp is on, treat the green indicator lamp to go out, when the red indicator lamp is on, show the welding device enters the state of controlling the temperature automatically, can begin to operate. Notice: Control the temperature state automatically and then, red green lantern fair is it light to hocket, prove welding device to be in controlled state, do not influence and operate.

3, weld pipes:

Note: If operating the environment temperature and is lower than 5 degrees Centigrade, heating time should lengthen 50%.
